We collect only the personal information required to complete your travel reservation: name, contact details, date of birth and travel document data.

This data is shared with the airline, hotel or GDS supplier that fulfils your booking, and with payment processors, strictly for the purpose of completing the reservation.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and API credentials for GDS connections are accessible only to portal administrators. Chat transcripts are retained so our support team can follow up on your enquiries.
