Terms & Conditions

All bookings made through MS Travel & Tech Company LLC are subject to the fare rules, baggage policies and cancellation penalties of the operating airline or hotel supplier quoted at the time of booking.

Prices are confirmed only after the booking status becomes Ticketed / Confirmed and payment is received in full. Fares are subject to change until issuance.

Dummy tickets / flight reservations are genuine unticketed reservations held for the stated validity period. They are intended as proof of onward travel for visa applications and do not constitute a paid ticket.

Name changes are not permitted on most airline tickets. Corrections must be requested before departure and may incur supplier charges.

Refunds are processed according to the supplier's refund timeline, plus the applicable MS Travel & Tech Company LLC service fee.
